Our drop-in jazz class starts with a warm-up / stretch, then focuses on a new piece of high-energy choreography each week.

BEGINNER PLUS CLOGGING

For those with some prior clogging experience, learn and practice a series of combinations every week in this fun, energetic drop-in class.

Experience recommended.

HIP HOP

Our drop-in hip hop class starts with a warm-up / stretch, then focuses on a new piece of high-energy choreography each week.

HEELS

Learn a new piece of fun and empowering choreography each week in your fave pair of heels! No dance experience required.

CONTEMPORARY

Our drop-in contemporary class starts with a warm-up / stretch, then focuses on a new piece of high-energy choreography each week.

Focuses on improving flexibility, strength, and body awareness through controlled movements (no equipment required).

A drop-in class that guides you gently through yoga postures, movement sequences and breath work to support increased  mindfulness so you can leave feeling refreshed.
